Shipping policy
At Calviro, we strive to deliver your home and kitchen essentials as quickly and safely as possible. We currently offer shipping services exclusively within the United Kingdom.
1. Order Processing (Handling Time)
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT) will begin processing the following business day.
- You will receive a notification via email once your order has been dispatched, including your tracking number.
2. Shipping Methods, Times & Costs
We provide two delivery options to suit your needs:

Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor the progress of your delivery in real-time.
4. Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We ship to residential and business addresses across the UK. We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or BFPO addresses.
5. Delayed or Lost Packages
While we aim for timely delivery, occasionally delays may occur due to courier issues or extreme weather. If your package has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at contact@calviro.co.uk so we can investigate with the carrier.
6. Damaged Items in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the item and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
