Refund policy

Overview At Calviro, founded by Bruce Donald Carmichael, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our return policy is designed to be transparent and compliant with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

1. Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the process must be initiated within this 30-day period.

2. Condition of Items To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in "as new" condition:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • All tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.
  • Items that show signs of use, assembly, or damage by the customer will not be eligible for a full refund.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If an item is damaged during transit, defective, or if you received the wrong product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • In these cases, Calviro will provide a free replacement or a full refund.
  • We will cover all associated return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.

4. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at contact@calviro.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Our team will provide you with the correct UK return address and a return authorization.
  • Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you no longer want it, you (the customer) are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
  • Faulty/Incorrect Items: Calviro pays for the return shipping.

6. Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 2 business days of arrival), we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original PayPal account within 5–7 business days.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

7. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at contact@calviro.co.uk.
