Shipping and Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order? Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery then takes 5–8 business days. If you choose Express Delivery at checkout, your order will arrive within 2–4 business days.
Do you provide tracking information? Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery.
Which countries do you ship to? Currently, we focus on serving customers across the United Kingdom to ensure the fastest and most reliable service.

Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy? You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us at contact@calviro.co.uk to start the return process.
Who pays for return shipping? The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong product was sent.
When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed back to your PayPal account within 5–7 business days.
Orders and Support
My item arrived damaged. What should I do? Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@calviro.co.uk. Include your order number and a photo of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
Can I change or cancel my order? If you need to make changes, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered the processing stage (1–2 business days), we may not be able to cancel it.
